We are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work for a well-established mobile phone retailer in one of our call centres and join our lively and fun-loving team.
We are the largest privately owned mobile phone retailer in the UK and due to expansion are looking for that special individual to join our already very successful and energised team.
A few things you’ll need
Track record of delivering results
Extremely customer orientated
Have an aptitude for technology and technical problems
Commitment to establishing customer’ needs
Good telephone manner
Good listening, numerical, interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to close business
Being sales and goal oriented
Making proactive calls establishing the customers’ needs using questioning techniques with a view of securing business against target.
By using questioning and listening skills to make a judgement on the best solution or action to the customer’s needs whilst operating within the company guidelines and legislative requirements you will serve the needs of the customers and provide an excellent customer experience.
Be proactive and proficient in promoting our products, services and solutions at all times.
Desirable but not essential to have 1 years experience in a customer service/telesales role within a contact centre environment.

This role offers an industry leading basic salary with the addition of an attractive uncapped commission structure and sociable working hours working Monday to Friday. Full-time applications only please. The annual holiday entitlement is 28 days including Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
