Administrative Assistant role
Basic salary: 19K per annum
A full-time position has arisen at Get Connected Head Quarters in Abergavenny for an Administrative Assistant role.
This position would require a suitable individual to perform all general administrative duties and provide support as required.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries from both customers and retail store staff
- Receiving stock and manual handling
- Dealing with post/sending stock to stores and customers
- Processing returns
- General office admin
This role is suitable for someone who is positive, hardworking and would be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
These are the key duties and responsibilities for this role. However, they are subject to regular review and other duties may need to be completed depending on the needs of the business.
You will be expected to work in a small team of 3 people.
A competitive basic salary with the annual holiday entitlement being 28 days, which includes Bank Holidays.
You will be required to work 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday. This includes every Saturday, with a rota day off in the week.
